What is the capacity of the venue?
The Loft at Devil’s Glen can accommodate up to 80 people seated or 120 standing.
What facilities and amenities are included in the rental fee?
When you book the venue, you have full use of the entire location including rooms upstairs and downstairs and our impressive wrap-around outside deck area. Heating, electricity and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building are included.
Is there parking available on-site or nearby?
There is ample free parking available at our venue.
What are the venue’s policies on decoration?
We are more than happy to accommodate your decoration needs if they are within reasonable limits. We kindly request that no permanent adhesives be used. We have already provided several clips for your convenience.
Are there any restrictions on noise or music?
Given that the Loft at Devil’s Glen is situated in a residential zone, we respectfully ask for your consideration towards our neighbours. Once the doors are shut and noise levels are kept within acceptable limits, you’re welcome to enjoy your celebrations.
What is the cancellation policy?
We request 50% payment as a booking deposit. In the event that you need to cancel, we offer a full refund if cancelled up to 7 days in advance.
